Simple Consultancy Agreement

A Simple Consultancy Service Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Consultant and the Customer, which governs the terms and conditions under which the consultancy is to operate. This agreement is in short format and drafted specifically for those cases where the Customer wishes to hire the services of a specific Consultant (usually an individual).

This agreement is in short format and therefore only the essential clauses required for a basic consultancy have been included. A more comprehensive agreement is advisable in cases where the consultancy is fairly complicated.
